In Israel, the army opened fire on demonstrators in the Golan Heights

Israeli forces on Sunday opened fire on protesters in the Syrian border in the Golan Heights, two people were killed and five injured.
Several hundred Palestinian demonstrators tried to break through the Israeli border from Syria in the Israeli-controlled settlements Mazhdal Shams.
The Israeli army was ordered to shoot into the air to not let the protesters to the border, but the demonstrators attempted to break through the barbed wire near Mazhdal Shams.
The protest action occurred on the anniversary of "UNASCU" - the anniversary of the start of the Six Day War in 1967. Golan, where the clashes took place, were occupied by Israel during the 1967 war and later annexed. Affiliation territory remains the primary subject of the Israeli-Syrian conflict.
